With over forty years of construction and development experience, Chris Odle leads the Glenbrook team in providing high quality construction and development advisory services to our clients.
Chris received his Bachelor’s of Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction, one of the leading Construction Science programs in the country. Having held positions such as Preconstruction Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Preconstruction, Chris understands the pricing, scheduling, and logistical issues related to technical construction. Pivoting to the Development world in 2001, he subsequently managed the development of over $3 billion of real estate in various asset classes across the Southeastern United States. Chris originally hails from Connecticut but has spent the majority of his life in Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Chris Bilbo - Director of Construction
Chris Bilbo has over twenty-five years of construction experience and serves as Glenbrook's Director of Construction.
Chris received his BS in Business Management from Old Dominion University and has been a DBIA Professional since 2010. While at ODU, Chris worked for his family's construction company and learned numerous trades including, but not limited to, concrete formwork & finishing and structural framing & steel erection. After completing his degree, Chris worked for top ENR Construction Companies and led construction operation teams specializing in Design Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design Bid Build delivery methods from Preconstruction through Owner turnover. Furthermore, Chris has served as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Project Superintendent, and Project Director in the construction industry. His diverse resume contains a variety of complex projects including Mixed-Use High Rise & Midrise Developments, Hospitality, K-12 and Higher Education Buildings, Naval & Aviation Facilities, and Retail Development throughout Virginia and the Carolinas.
Adam Odle - Operations Coordinator
Adam J. Odle is a 2018 graduate of the University of Virginia and served as a U.S. Army Officer before joining Glenbrook in 2022.
Adam was previously assigned as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer and served with the 101st Airborne Division for four years. Having been an Executive Officer responsible for the operation, maintenance, movement, and property transactions of over $50 million in Intelligence assets, Adam possesses a logistical and operational mindset. Upon promoting to the rank of Captain and completing his service, Adam interned with The Mainland Companies, LLC in Nashville, TN and Glenbrook Development & Consulting. In 2022, Adam partnered with Chris and joined the Glenbrook team fulltime. He has received certifications in Blueprint Reading, Cost Estimating, and Project Management.
Zach Odle - Senior Development Associate
Zach Odle joined the Glenbrook team in 2023 and brought with him over seven years of commercial real estate experience.
Zach received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia in 2015, and currently holds a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. Following graduation, Zach served as an Acquisitions Analyst for Jamestown Properties in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon relocating to South Florida, Zach spent his next four years with Foundry Commercial, a full-service developer and operator. After his time at Foundry Commercial, Zach filled various roles in Dallas, Texas, including site selection/acquisitions for Cloud Kitchens and the sourcing of $90 million in closed deals of single-tenant NNN retail for a public REIT. Skills include underwriting and modeling, development budgeting, proforma skills, and the ability to write institutional-quality equity and debt packages for multi-million dollar projects.
